Save your money if you play Lily's Garden/Just don't play

I have been playing Lily's Garden for a long time. Long enough to to level 10158.

That being said in all the time I played I had never made an in-game purchase.

This game has always been fun and one of the perk's (yes actual perk's) is in-game ads.

These ads, allow you to get extra time playing a level, booster's to help you beat level's and double coins after you have beat a level. Trust me they are awesome.

For some strange reason the ads totally stopped two weeks ago an after I made an in-game purchase.

I tried in vain to speak with customer service about this through the game. I asked them to reach out to tech support with my player i.d. to update my account to receive ads again.

After some back and forth they told me it wasn't possible.

I've never played any game where tech support couldn't get involved with helping a customer reach their desired goal.

Since I was not getting anywhere with customer support though the game, I decided to go online and reach out to Tactile through email.

I explained my situation. Hoping to get someone at the company to understand my dilemma. Hopefully I can post their response here.

They basically threatened me, saying that I was not being kind enough to customer service. And that is it continued I would never get ads again.

LOL All I can say is wow. I gave customer service what they gave me. If they were nice I was nice. If they were not, I would be short with them.

You get what you give.

Unfortunately I cannot show their response since they did it though the game which is on my Chrome Tablet.

Needless to say, these people couldn't care less about you the customer.

They are from Denmark. Maybe that's how they treat people there.

Pathetic is all I can say.
